In April 2006, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), found that charges applied by Credit Card companies were too high. As a result, most companies have now reduced their charges to £12. However, we can still launch a claim on your behalf even if you have only ever been charged £12 fees.
We believe that this charge is too high and does not represent a true and fair representation of the companies costs for the administration.
In essence, Credit Card companies are not allowed to fine you but that’s exactly what they have done!
